Abstract
This study examines the effect of human capital, structural capital, physical capital on financial performance, namely manufacturing companies in the transportation sector for the 2017-2021 period. Previous research only tested the effect of intellectual capital on company performance, but only two variables, namely human capital and capital employed. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method. The research hypothesis is the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable which is discussed one by one, both human capital, structural capital, and physical capital. The sample used in this study is data on the financial statements of transportation companies that meet the research requirements obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange or IDX, the total number of transportation companies that report their finances on the Indonesia Stock Exchange is 30 companies, and there are 12 companies that meet the requirements. research criteria for the last 5 years, and the total is 60 company data. The dependent variable measurement tool used is ROA (Return On Assets). The data collection technique consists of several analyzes and tests including descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis test. which consists of the f test, coefficient test, determination and t test. The results show that of the three independent variables studied, namely human capital, structural capital, and physical capital which have a significant effect on financial performance only structural capital.
