Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of job satisfaction, employee performance, and employee engagement on generation Z employees at PT. Smart Tbk. This study used 166 samples collected by distributing questionnaires using Google Form media. Furthermore, the respondents' responses were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between job satisfaction and employee performance. Furthermore, this study shows that job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee engagement. Then, this study found that employee engagement has a significant effect on employee performance. This study also found that employee engagement can significantly mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance.
