Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of Green Human Resource Management on Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Surabaya barbershops, by considering the mediating role of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Identification. This research is important to provide guidance to barbershop entrepreneurs in implementing more environmentally friendly HR management practices and creating pro-environmental behavior among employees, which ultimately supports environmental business sustainability. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach, the sample to be taken is Barbershop employees in Surabaya in the age range of 18 -55 years as many as 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this study used PLS-SEM. Green Human Resource Management has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on green organizational citizenship behavior, Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) has a positive and significant effect on green organizational citizenship behavior, Green Human Resource Management does not have a significant effect on green organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction mediation, Green Human Resource Management has a positive and significant effect on organizational identification, Organizational identification has no significant effect on green organizational citizenship behavior, Green Human Resource Management has no significant effect on green organizational citizenship behavior through the mediation of organizational identification, Green Human Resource Management has a positive and significant effect on organizational identification with moderation of job satisfaction.
