Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, asset quality, sensitivity and efficiency on profitability as measured using ROA. Liquidity can be measured by the Loan to Deposits Ratio (LDR) and the Investing Policy Ratio (IPR). Asset Quality can be measured by Non Performing Loans (NPL) and Problematic Productive Assets (APB). Sensitivity can be measured by the Interest Risk Ratio (IRR). Efficiency can be measured by Operating Costs to Operating Income (BOPO) and Fee Based Income (FBIR). The sample of this study consisted of 23 Regional Development Banks for the period 2019 to 2023, so the amount of data processed was 115. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study revealed that simultaneously LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, BOPO and FBIR had a significant effect on ROA. Partially LDR, IRR had a significant positive effect on ROA. IPR, NPL and FBIR had a negative insignificant effect on ROA. APB had a positive insignificant effect on ROA. BOPO had a significant negative effect on ROA. Keywords: Efficiency, Asset Quality, Liquidity, Profitability, Sensitivity
