Abstract
In this study using the Bank - Bank of the national private general public Go in Indonesia as a research subject. Formulation of the problem presented is whether the variable CAR, NPL, ROA, ROE, NIM, BOPO, LDR, and IRR jointly or partially have a significant impact on health predicate common national private bank to go public and how the calculations for banks healthy and unhealthy. Data and data collection methods used in this study is skunder data sourced from annual financial reports from 2007until 2011. Data analysis techniques used in the solution adopted in this research is logistic regression analysis with Backward Stepwise method with a significance level of error is 5 percent. SPSS output of the results obtained that not all independent variables have a significant effect on health predicate and only six significant variables to predict the health of the National Private Banks Go Public relations is, CAR, NPL, ROA, ROE, BOPO, and IRR with the results of the regression coefficient of 2.
