Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Asset and Institutional Ownership of dividend policy. The population in this study were consumer cyclical companies registered on the IDX for the 2018-2021 period with a sampling method using purposive sampling so that 145 sample data that were suitable for testing were obtained. This study uses data analysis techniques in the form of descriptive analysis, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test with the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study show that Return On Assets has an effect on dividend policy. The test results also show that the Debt To Equity Ratio and Institutional Ownership have no effect on dividend policy.
