Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of firm size, investment decisions, managerial ownership, and dividend policy on firm value in the mining sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019–2023. Using a quantitative approach, the data were analyzed through multiple linear regression to examine the relationships between variables. The results show that firm size has a significant negative effect on firm value, while dividend policy has a significant positive effect. In contrast, investment decisions and managerial ownership do not show a significant influence on firm value. This research provides valuable insights for corporate management and investors in formulating effective investment strategies and dividend policies to optimize firm value.
