Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of LDR, LAR, NPL, APB, IRR, BOPO, and FBIR simultaneously on ROA in Non-Foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Banks. Liquidity measurement uses LDR and LAR variables, asset quality uses NPL and APB variables, sensitivity uses IRR variables, and efficiency uses BOPO and FBIR variables. The sampling technique in the research used purposive sampling. The bank samples taken in this research were 3 banks, so the total data processed was 60. The data analysis technique was descriptive analysis and used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research reveal that simultaneously LDR, LAR, NPL, APB, IRR, BOPO, and FBIR have a significant effect on ROA. Partially, LAR, NPL and FBIR have a positive and insignificant effect on ROA. LDR, IRR, and BOPO have an insignificant negative effect. APB has a significant negative effect. Study on profitability at Non-Foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Banks can determine the influence of liquidity, asset quality, sensitivity and efficiency so that evaluations can be carried out to maintain or increase the bank's ROA.
