Abstract
This study was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of Islamic financial literacy, entrepreneurial skills, and digital literacy on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Surabaya area. The research method used is a quantitative method with a purposive sampling technique to determine the research sample. The respondents used in this study were 110 MSME actors who apply Islamic financial principles. Data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study showed that: 1) Islamic financial literacy does not have a significant positive effect on MSME performance. 2) Entrepreneurial skills have a positive and significant effect on MSME performance. 3) Digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance. The conclusion Mikro, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian Indonesia, khususnya dalam menciptakan lapangan kerja dan of this study is that although Islamic financial literacy does not have a significant effect, increasing entrepreneurial skills and digital literacy can significantly improve the performance of MSMEs in Surabaya. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for MSME actors, academics, and policy makers to increase focus on developing digital skills and literacy to support the growth of MSMEs in the digital era.
