Abstract
The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Sharia Financial Literacy and Lifestyle on the Debt Tendency Behavior of the Young Generation: Case in the City of Surabaya. This research is quantitative research that uses primary data. The population of this research is Muslim individuals in Surabaya who have an income, have debt, and are at least 17 years old. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and 110 respondents were obtained who met the criteria as research samples. Data was collected using a survey method by distributing questionnaires via g-form. This research uses a Likert scale to measure variables. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and inferential analysis assisted by the Partial Least Square (PLS) program. The results of the study show that Islamic financial literacy has a significant effect on debt tendency behavior, while lifestyle does not have a significant effect on debt tendency behavior.
