Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of blockholder ownership, capital structure, sales growth, dividend policy, and company size on the value of companies in the basic materials sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2021–2023 period. This research was driven by the phenomenon of share price fluctuations in this sector which showed significant volatility, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. The data used includes financial reports and market information for companies in this sector. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with classical assumption tests to ensure the validity of the results. The results of the research show that blockholder ownership, capital structure, sales growth and dividend policy have a significant positive effect on the value of company size and have no effect on company value. These findings underscore the importance of capital structure management and growth strategies to increase a company's attractiveness in the eyes of investors. This study also provides insight into the condition of the stock market in the basic materials sector in Indonesia and the relevance of signal theory in this context. Keywords: Blockholder ownership, capital structure, sales growth, dividend policy, company size, company value, basic materials sector.
