Abstract
The development of information technology has encouraged many agencies, organizations and places of worship such as mosques to implement Web-based information systems. The Darussalam Mosque faces various challenges in financial management which is carried out traditionally and manually, including cash recording, financial reporting and data recaps which take a lot of time. The existing system is not well integrated, and financial data management is often invalid. The research aims to design and build a Website-based Darussalam Mosque Cash Management Information System to simplify financial data management and increase transparency. The system approach method used is the Waterfall method, with stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation and testing. System design is carried out using an object-based model with UML (Unified Modeling Language), including use case diagrams, class diagrams and sequence diagrams. System testing was carried out using the Black Box and System Usability Scale (SUS) testing methods. The Black Box test results show that the application functions well, including the input, data output, transaction recording and financial report creation features. Meanwhile, SUS testing resulted in an average score of 74.4, indicating that the system is easy to use and has a user-friendly interface. With this system, it is hoped that it will simplify financial management and increase transparency for mosque administrators and congregation.
