Abstract
The researcher wants to analyze more deeply the influence of attractiveness and trust on purchase intentions mediated by brand credibility and brand attitude of Macbook users in Surabaya mediated by brand credibility and brand attitude. The current research strategy falls into the survey category, not experimentation or observation. This is because the current research was carried out by communicating with respondents. The current research unit is the individual, not the couple or group, because the smallest unit of data used for analysis is the opinion of the individual respondent.
