Abstract
This study aims to determine Liquidity, Company Size, Leverage And Profitability On Dividend Policy. The sampling technique used purposive sampling of 139 consumer Non-Cyclicals company data listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, and linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of the study indicate that liquidity has an effect on Dividend Policy, Company size has no effect on Dividend Policy, Leverage has no effect on Dividend Policy, and Profitability has an effect on Dividend Policy.
