Abstract
This study aims to examine the mediating role of job crafting on the effect of transformational leadership on performance at PT. Partners with Dinoyo, Surabaya. The sample consists of 70 respondents in the distribution section and has the characteristics of being vulnerable aged 17-55 years and has at least one year of service. This sampling technique uses saturated sampling because all members of the population are sampled. Analysis using Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) on Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart PLS and SPSS 22 software, and data collection using a questionnaire in hardcopy form. The results of this study partially show that job crafting has a positive effect on work performance, transformational leadership has a positive effect on work performance, transformational leadership has a positive effect on job crafting, and mediation of job crafting on transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on work performance.
