Abstract
Currently, the economic development of various countries is very rapid, including Indonesia, which can be seen from the number of countries that have capital markets. This increasingly competitive development demands more active participation from business actors to attract investors. Before investing, assessing share prices is very important and fundamental for investors, because shares are one of the most promising types of investment for investors. Share prices are the result of the interaction between supply and demand in the capital market, reflecting investors' expectations of company performance. Good financial performance usually sparks investor interest, resulting in an increase in share prices. An increase in share prices can also increase company valuation, which is influenced by the company's financial condition and performance. Trading conditions on the stock market reflect the success of company management, with share buying and selling transactions based on investors' evaluation of company profits. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of company size, profitability, leverage, sales growth on stock prices. The population and sample used in the current research are transportation and logistics sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The sample collection technique in this research was the documentation method. The data used is multiple linear analysis with data analysis techniques, namely the SPSS test. Based on the results of this research, it has been shown that company size, profitability, leverage, sales growth influence stock prices.
