Abstract

PT. Navya Retail Indonesia in 2022 experienced a decline in sales of 30% from the previous year due to a decrease in employee performance. The research objective is to analyze the effect of leadership style, work discipline and work environment on employee performance. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques and the sampling technique uses a saturated sample with a total of 73 employees at PT. Navya Retail Indonesia Surabaya Branch. The results showed that leadership style had a significant positive effect on employee performance, while work discipline had no significant positive effect on employee performance, and the work environment had no significant positive effect on employee performance. The implication of this research is that a transformational leadership style supported by high work discipline and a good work environment can create better changes and bring about harmonization within the company.
