Abstract
There are many issues on entrepreneurial behavior of Moslemregarding to investment decision making and how they to do it.What are the factors that they consider about the transaction based on the principles of sharia. The purpose of this study was to examine variabel of the basis of Islamic transactions that affect attitudes toward risk and investment decision making. Number of samples in this study amounted to 110 respondents, from Sidoarjo. The population in this study isMoslementrepreneurwho has run thebusiness at leastthreeyears. By using Generalized Structured Component Analysis, the results of this study is that the implementation Islamic transactions principle do not directly affect to investment decisions making, it significant through the attitude toward risk. It means that at siginficant mediated the effect of implementation Islamic principle to decision making. Keyword: Islamic Entrepreneurship, Attitude of Risk, Investment decision making
