Abstract
This Study Aims To Examine And Analyze Factors That Affecting Millennial’s Employee Engagement In Private Companies In Indonesia With Perceived Organizational Support As Mediator. The Variables In This Study Are Reward And Recognition, Work-Life Balance, Training And Development, Perceived Supervisor Support As Independent Variables, Employee Engagement As A Dependant Variable And Perceived Organizational Support As A Mediating Variable. This Study Uses An Online Questionnaire Through Google Form Which Was Distributed To 140 Millennial Employees Working In Private Companies In Indonesia As Primary Data. The Analytical Methods Used In This Study Are Descriptive Analysis And Structural Equation Modeling Analysis – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) Using Smartpls Tools. The Results Of This Study Show That: 1) Rewards And Recognition Has A Significant Positive Effect On Employee Engagement; 2) Work-Life Balance Has A Significant Positive Effect On Employee Engagement; 3) Training And Development Has A Significant Positive Effect On Employee Engagement; 4 ) Perceived Supervisor Support Has No Effect On Employee Engagement; 5 ) Perceived Organizational Support Has No Effect On Employee Engagement; 6) Perceived Supervisor Support Has Significant Positive Effect On Employee Engagement; 7) Perceptions Of Organizational Support Has No Mediating Effect On Perceived Supervisor Support And Employee Engagement.
