Abstract
Bank can achieve their objective in making a profit by considering some factors. Among the factors considered are factors attached to the internal bank. The other things, through the management of operational activities, it will impact the bank’s performance over the resulting profitability ratios. The purpose of this study was to examine the ratio of LDR, NPL, Bank Size, and GCG both partially and simultaneously to ROA. The population used in this study is banking in Indonesia. In this study using purposive sampling technique. The data source of this research uses quantitative secondary data with access to annual reports. The analysis technique used in this research is Panel data regression analysis. The research periode used was 2015-2019. The results of this study show that LDR, NPL, Bank Size, and GCG simultaneously have a significant effect on ROA. Partially, LDR has a significant positive effect on ROA ,while the NPL ratio has a negative significant effect on ROA. On other side, Bank Size and GCG ratios have a insignificant negative influence on ROA.
