Abstract
Islamic banking began to develop significantly, as evidenced by the opening of Islamic banking branches by conventional banks. Therefore, in order to provide wider access to the public to invest in gold, a gold installment system or a system of buying gold installments by financial institutions has been developed. This final project will explain the procedures for financing gold installment products at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk Sidoarjo Gateway Sub-Branch Office. Data obtained using interviews and documentation methods. Data were analyzed using descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Based on the results of the research, the gold installment product financing procedure was obtained at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk Sidoarjo Gateway Sub-Branch Office. Have procedures manually and through BSI Mobile manually for KTP, NPWP requirements (financing above 50 million) after passing customer screening, they are contacted for verification. BSI Mobile fills in the requirements in the application later when the data has passed verification and the customer has agreed to the terms and conditions, the money in the account will automatically be debited. Based on the results of this analysis, it can be concluded that the Indonesian Islamic bank tbk the Sidoarjo Gateway sub-branch office has carried out the gold installment procedure properly.
