Abstract
The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Price Earning Ratio, Earning Per Share, Return On Equity and Dividend Payout Ratio on Conventional Banks registered with the OJK. The data in this research comes from financial reports. Conventional Banks which have been published during the period 2018 – 2022. This research uses a purposive sampling technique with criteria determined by researchers, the sample included in the criteria is 13 banks. The data used is secondary data, which is a way to collect all the required data through financial reports according to the sample and period used. The data analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis and is accompanied by classical assumption tests to test data normality and is followed by hypothesis testing. This research shows that the data is normally distributed. The results of this research show that the variables Price Earning Ratio Earning Per Share, Return On Equity and Dividend Payout Ratio simultaneously have an influence on share prices. Meanwhile, partially, the Price Earning Ratio has no effect on share prices. Earning Per Share, Return On Equity and Dividend Payout Ratio influence share prices.
