Abstract
PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Surabaya branch of silver cape is one of the banks in East Java. BRI is a bank that has reached all corners of the country. With such achievement making BRI bank to a bank which has tremendous potential. Bank BRI developed the teller's performance, with a variety of advantages in the form of term options, competitive rates, safe,,and,profitable,for,customers. The purpose of doing this research, the writer can find out about the terms and conditions of being a good teller Bank Rakyat Indonesia Surabaya branch of a silver cape.
