Abstract
The stock price is a value that is influenced by the existence of demand and supply, besides that the share price can be influenced by the performance of the company itself. During the pandemic, the performance of several companies declined, causing stock prices to be lower than the previous year. Company performance can be measured using financial ratios. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial ratios consisting of Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Earnings per Share, and Debt to Equity Ratio on stock prices in Food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population used in this study were 72 Food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2019-2021 period. The sampling method used a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 41 companies and took quarterly financial report data so that there were 492 sample data. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Return on Assets, Return on Equity, and Earnings per Share have a significant effect on stock prices, while the Debt to Equity Ratio has no significant effect on stock prices.
