Abstract
MSMEs can generally be interpreted as a business activity whose management is carried out by individuals or business entities that meet the criteria for micro businesses. MSMEs have an important role in the economy in Indonesia, especially in providing employment and as a source of income for middle to lower economic groups, with the existence of MSMEs reducing the number of unemployed in Indonesia. This study aims to examine the effect of human resource competencies, financial literacy and business capital on MSME performance. The research method used is quantitative research method with primary data obtained from questionnaire data measured using a Likert scale ranging from 1-5. The population in this study was Wonoayu Sub-District Sidoarjo with a sampling technique using Convenience Sampling. The number of samples in this research sample was 54 MSMEs. The data analysis technique used is SEM-PLS using the WarpPLS 8.0 application. The results of this study indicate that the variables of human resource competence and business capital affect the performance of MSMEs. However, the financial literacy variable has no effect on the performance of MSMEs. Keywords: Human Resource Competence, Financial Literacy, Business Capital, MSME Performance.
