Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of liquidity, asset quality, sensitivity and efficiency on profitability with measured by ROA. Liquidity measured by Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Loan to Asset Ratio (LAR) and Investing Policy Ratio (IPR). Asset quality measured by Non-Performing Loan (NPL) and Adversely Classified Asset (ACA). Market sensitivity measured by Interest Risk Ratio (IRR) and Net Open Position (NOP). Efficiency is measured by Cost Income Ratio (CIR) and Fee Based Income Ratio (FBIR). The population of this study is Conventional Private National Banks (CPNB) that listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period firsst quarter, 2017 to second quarter 2022. The analytical technique used multiple linear regression. The conclusions of this study are LDR, LAR, IPR, ACA, IRR, NOP, CIR and FBIR simultaneously have a significant on ROA. LAR and FBIR partially have a significant positive on ROA. ACA and CIR partially have a negative significant on ROA. LDR, IPR and NOP partially have negative insignificant on ROA. NPL and IRR partially have positive insignificant on ROA. Keywords: Bank, CPNB, Conventional, IDX
