Abstract

This study aims to measure the ratio of financial performance to the profitability of National Private Commercial Banks by using the variables LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO, FBIR, ROA, and ROE in CAR. The samples in this study were PT Bank Jstrust Indonesia Tbk, PT Arta Graha Tbk, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, and PT Bank Multiarta Sentosa Tbk. This study uses secondary data in the form of financial reports for the first quarter of 2018 to the second quarter of 2022 and uses a purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO, FBIR, ROA and ROE have a significant effect on CAR. Partially LDR and IPR have a negative effect that is not significant on CAR. PDN, BOPO and NPL vari-ables have a significant negative effect on CAR. Then, the APB and IRR varia-bles have an insignificant positive effect on CAR. FBIR, ROA and ROE variables have a positive influence on CAR. Keywords: LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO, FBIR, ROA, ROE, CAR and National Private Commercial Banks
