Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the difference in financial performance using ratio analysis of BOPO, ROE, NPM, and LDR before and after the merger. The population of this study were banking companies that had merged. The variables are used by Operating Expenses and Operating Income, Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin, and Loan Deposit Ratio. The research sample consisted of 36 banking companies that had merged with the last 12 years, the technique was used by purposive sampling. The data analysis technique was used by the paired sample T-test, Wilcoxon sign rank test. The results of this study which there were variables that had differences in average financial performance, namely ROE, while variables that did not have differences in average financial performance, namely BOPO, NPM, and LDR variables.
