Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the Effect of Managerial Ownership, Profitability and Sales Growth on Dividend Policy in Manufacturing Companies. The data in this study comes from financial reports. Manufacturing companies that have been published during the period 2019 – 2021. This study used a purposive sampling technique with criteria determined by the researchers. The samples used in this study totaled 43 companies with a total of 103 data. The data in this study is a type of secondary data which data collection through financial reports according to the sample and period used. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple regression analysis and was accompanied by a classic assumption test to test the normality of the data and continued with hypothesis testing. This study shows that the data is normally distributed. The results of this study indicate that the Managerial Ownership variable has a significant positive effect on Dividend Policy, the Profitability Variable has a significant positive effect on Dividend Policy, while the Sales Growth Variable has no significant effect on dividend policy.
