Abstract

Along with the growth and advances in the workforce are very rapidly then required human resources who have skill in accordance with the needs of the market and berkomoeten.Customer service at a bank is the services of services provided by the bank to customers in particular society in general.The role of the customer service here can be referred to as units for line the bank that is very important,namely as the executing bank the process of the beginning of the activities of the bank that directly related to customers. Where is a great line the customer service covering the provision of information as well as the service.the task of the end of this tittle “the role of the customer service in improving the customer service of branch surabaya kertajaya” with the aim to know the role of the customer service in improving the customer service of branch surabaya kertajaya . The focus of a problem in writing the task of the end of this is 1) what the task,the authority,and the responsibility of the customer service in improving the services to customers in the bank bri branches surabaya kertajaya. 2)how standards service given customer service in improving the services to customers in the bank bri branches surabaya kertajaya . 3)how impact for the bank with an increase in the services of a customer service the services to customers in the bank bri branches surabaya kertajaya. The observation is done with the bri branches surabaya kertajaya and the process of collecting data through the interview the customer service in the bank bri branches surabaya kertajaya.
