Abstract
This objective of this research is to know the effect of liquidity (CR), profitability (ROA), sales growth (PP), and dividend policy (DPR) towards the stock price after the implementation of IFRS. This research is a quantitative research with samples used in this research there are 13 companies from 45 companies listed in the LQ45 during 2011-2013, with the result 39 are collected for the sample in this research. Sample is determined using purposive sampling method. Analysis methods is conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this research is concluded that the variable Current Ratio (CR) , Return on Assets (ROA), sales growth (PP), and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) has a partial effect on stock prices, while simultaneously variable Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets (ROA), and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) has a significant effect on stock prices except sales growth variable ( PP ) is not significant effect on stock prices .
