Abstract
Trading company is established in the field of trade , is a trading company to buy goods and resell the goods to produce profits derived from the sale proceeds. The title is taken from the design of the financial statements on the trading company. Which aims to determine a company's financial reports ,financial statements which have profit or loss. Financial statements prepared in accordance with accounting cycle that has been set by the accounting expert.
