Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance expectations, effort expectations, social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price values, habits and personal innovation on mobile banking usage behavior using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology approach 3. This research was conducted at Hayam Wuruk University Perbanas Surabaya with purposive sampling technique. The sample used was 118 UHW Perbanas students from the 2019 to 2022 academic year. In this study, primary data was used by distributing questionnaires in the form of Google Forms. The data analysis method used is SEM-PLS (Partial Least Square) with the help of the WarpPLS 8.0 statistical tool. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables Performance Expectations, Effort Expectations, Facilitating Conditions, Hedonic Motivation, Habits, and Personal Innovation on the usage behavior variable. While the Social Influence and Price Value variables have no significant effect on Usage Behavior. Keyword: UTAUT3, mobile banking, technology adoption
