Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of intellectual capital to firm value and financial performance. Sample for this research is Perbankan enterprises wich are consistently registered during period 2008-2011, and collected using method of purposive sampling. The methods of data analysis was using deskriptive analysis and using simple linear regression analysis. The research method used in this research is a method of analysis descriptive. This study tested using simple liniear regression analysis and intellectual capital measurement model using Pulic model the value added intellectual coefficient (VAICTM) or in a component – value added human capital (VAHU), value added structural capital (STVA), and value added physical capital (VACA). The dependent variable is firm value (price book value) and financial performance (return on asset). Hypothesis testing is the coefficient of determination, t test at significance level of 5%. The results shown that intellectual capital is influenciny firm value and financial performance. Keywords : Intellectual Capital, Firm Value, and Financial Performance
