Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Ownership Structure, Good Corporate Governance and Bank Size on Profitability in Islamic Banks in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach using secondary data. The population of this study is all Islamic banks in Indonesia with the 2014-2020 research period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. Samples that meet the criteria are 11 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The model used as an analysis tool is multiple regression analysis. Data processing in this study uses SPSS 25.0 tools. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables Foreign Ownership Structure, Private Ownership Structure, Number of Commissioners, Proportion of Independent Commissioners, and Bank Size have a positive and significant effect on Profitability (ROE) in Islamic Banks in Indonesia. Meanwhile, partially, foreign ownership structure has a negative and insignificant effect on profitability (ROE). Private ownership structure has a positive and significant effect on profitability (ROE). and not significant, Bank size has a positive and significant effect on profitability (ROE).
