Abstract

This study aims to examine the analysis informational social influence, perceived informational quality, and trust in social shopping intention on Female Daily application users in Surabaya and Sidoarjo. The survey data collected through the distribution of online questionnaires resulted in 111 respondents from Surabaya and Sidoarjo areas. From the results of respondent’s responses that have been collected, they were analyzed descriptively using SPSS and statistically analyzed using WarpPLS 7.0. This research method uses Structural Equation Modeling. The results of the study indicate that social information affects social spending intentions not significantly. Perceived Quality of Information has a positive and significant effect on Social Spending Intentions. Trust has a significant positive effect on Social Expenditure Intentions. The results of this study provide valuable new insights for companies about the need to improve new products that are more attractive to customers and make promotions on applications and social media. Providing free shipping to customers with the purchase terms that are not too high. This method is done to attract Female Daily consumers to provide information to its users that Female Daily is conducting promotions related to product purchases. Because of this, it can make someone interested in buying products at Female Daily. Keywords: Informational Social Influencet, Perceived Information Quality, Trust, Female Daily
