Abstract

This studyaimsto analyze the influence of Competency and Organization Cultureon employee performanceat the PT. Wahyu Daya Mandiri Surabayausing SEM-PLS analysis.The human resources handling in the industriesis necessary to improve the quality of human resources through competencyand organization culture, because human resources is the backbone in running wheel operations and the survival of a company. This research applies quantitative approach. The data used is quantitative. Data is collected using a questionnaire. Population in this research is the employees of PT. Wahyu Daya Mandiri Surabaya, as many as 34people. The influence of each variabel in this research was described into results for Inner Weights. Computer software to run this program used SmartPLS version 3.2.8. The competency has positive impact and significant to employee performance. Organization culturehas positive impact and significant to employee performance.
